We need an experienced IT/network technician to attend our commercial gym, Westcoastphysiques in Burswood, Sunday 20 September. Our 5G broadband router is currently located in an office. The internet intermittently drops out and we currently have to reset the router to restore the connection. We want to diagnose the problem AND relocate the router during the same visit. The job involves: • Diagnose why the internet is intermittently dropping out • Check the 5G signal strength and router positioning • Check whether overheating, positioning, configuration or another issue could be causing the dropouts • Determine the best location on the gym floor for the router • Physically relocate the router from the office to the gym floor • Run/extend the necessary cabling • Secure the router neatly and safely • Check Wi-Fi coverage around the gym after relocation • Test the connection to make sure it is stable before leaving • Advise us on the best permanent way to mount/protect the router We would ideally like the router placed on a small wall-mounted shelf or inside a ventilated cabinet, so it is secure, tidy and protected from gym users/equipment. If you are able to build/install a simple shelf or enclosure as part of the job, please include this in your offer. Otherwise, we can arrange the shelf separately once the correct router location has been established. This is a commercial gym, not a residential job. You MUST be available Sunday 20 September. Please tell us: 1. Your experience with 5G routers and Wi-Fi/network troubleshooting 2. Whether you can physically relocate and mount the router 3. Whether you can run/extend network cabling if required 4. Whether you can build/install a simple shelf or cabinet 5. Your total price or hourly rate 6. What time you can attend Photos of the current router location and proposed gym-floor location are available.

Old unit is a D7000 nighthawk that kept having drop outs so wanted to replace it with Asus DSL-AX82U but haven't had any luck during configuration to get the internet work even when in modem/router set mode.
