Over the past month the internet connection in the house drops out regularly and the wifi strength has deteriorated. We have Amplifi modems around the house to try to improve the signal and while they indicate the mesh signal is 'good' the wifi isn't getting to the top rooms consistently.

I have forgotten my IMac desktop Computer password since being away for two months. My login name is there and gives me the option to login with my iCloud details I have tried both and reset my Apple ID to work however still not letting me.
