I have a windows laptop, IPad and Iphone and have 4 email accounts that are set up but not working or synching correctly. Laptop utilises Outlook on a Windows 10 Pro environment

I'm using Microsoft 365 and have just bought a new Surface Pro. I need help setting up my emails. I have 4 email accounts - the main one is setup as POP on my old laptop. I then have 3 other emails which I want to add to my Outlook, so I have see all 4 accounts in the one app. I also need to be able to sync my iphone (which I do via itunes) to my main email account, so that I see emails, contacts and my calendar for the main account on my phone. Can anyone please help?
