Find a local Microsoft Windows helper in ACT

My desktop gaming PC is stuck on the BIOS splash screen (AORUS logo) during the POST (Power-On Self Test) phase. It shows the usual prompts like "Press Delete, F2 or END to enter BIOS," but it's completely unresponsive to keyboard input. What I've already tried: Swapped between two working USB keyboards – no response. Tried to boot from a Windows 11 bootable USB – still stuck. Hard shutdown/restart multiple times to try forcing BIOS recovery – no luck. It seems to freeze during POST or isn't detecting input devices. I need someone experienced with hardware diagnostics and BIOS/UEFI troubleshooting to help get it working again. What I need: Get the PC booting properly into Windows Ensure drivers are correctly installed and updated Do a basic clean-up/tidy-up of the system so it's running smoothly My main goal is to get back to using my PC for gaming with everything working properly. When I changed to Windows 11 the system changed the file structure and no longer duplicates both locally and to one drive and there are other complications and it’s a bit slow. I need some help to sort this out without losing files. I think this needs somebody to sit with me and talk through the issues and solutions

I use a widow PC (Work) with the additional two monitors through a docking station. I also have a Macbook Air which I use for personal works. Since the docking station does not support IOS, I can't use the two monitors. I want technical support in setting up a system wherein I can plug in either PC or Macbook as my needs, and make use of the two monitors. My PC is HP EliteBook (1G7G3AV) and Macbook air (M1, 2020). I may need a docking station and/or switch etc.
