I’ve a Theben Time Switch 24Hr/7 Day 64CA7 to operate my heating/cooling system. It seemed logical enough when I first used it to set the system to come on/go off at certain times, but the main clock face never quite matched the actual time. However, when I set the pins to come on at, say, 08:00 and off at 17:00, it worked as programmed, regardless of what time the main clock face was showing. Somewhere along the way (daylight saving time perhaps) it totally lost the plot and no longer kept time. Pretty sure it’s still working, just that I don’t know how the timer works — according to Google, this is a very common complaint. Looking for someone with experience of the Theben Time Switch 24Hr/7 Day 64CA7 to come over, set this blessed thing up and explain to me how to manage it going forward.

Surface pro won’t turn on - it gives the windows symbol and then cuts off before loading. Have tried charging. Looking for help to either fix it or recover files.
