I want to transfer my iPhone photos onto a hard-drive I own. Feel like I need someone with IT skills and can work around apples sneaky difficulties. I’m not able to acccess all my iPhone photos when connected to a pc/laptop and cannot cancel my iCloud as my phone storage is full. So I’m going around in circles. Apple gave me an option which then only allows the hard drive to be accessed on an Apple product - I do not want this. My most recent attempt is putting them on google drive and downloading them. But that success has come to an end it seems. In short I want to put photos from my iphone onto the hard-drive. I’m happy to be shown a simple process to do this and continue it on my own. 🤍

Purchased a second-hand iPhone 14 pro max on Facebook marketplace, can't use it as it's passcode locked and original owner didn't factory reset it for me like I was told it would be. Tried contacting them but they've since left the state for their home town in NT and now they won't reply to me. Phone hasn't been erased via iCloud and Sim card hasn't been blocked- I dont know their appleid and I'm outta pocket $600! Please help! I've checked at the stores and they were no help.
