I want scanning restored to my printers

Two printers that would print and scan over wifi worked fine. Optus replaced the wifi box, shouted a lot, did no testing, did no wifi speed measuring, reported wifi levels as poor at a time my wife was tethered to her phone - and were rude and unhelpful. When the guy had gone we found that neither printer worked on wifi for either printing or scanning. We would like both features on both printers to work,. We can wire the printers to laptops for printing, but wiring does not allow scanning. I will pay cash so I do not need to provide credit card details. The wfi is already live within the house do I see no need to connect to your computer. Please explain. - Due date: Flexible

Help resync wireless printer to PC

I have a Brother printer, model number MFC-J6730DW which is a year or two old. It is connected to my PC via wifi and worked perfectly until I switched to the NBN. Now it seems to work off the other devices in the house such as the ipad and my even my partner's phone, but not off my PC. I need someone to come and help me to get it to work from my PC again.
