Ensure staff are connected to new network connection correctly. Update HP printers to new IP address (supplied). Merakis are setup by our IT team in the UK. Property has two separate internet connections. If for some reason, connection does not work, will refer to UK team and request follow up support to be negotiated with person assisting with this job. Expect overall job to take 2-4 hours max (assuming works smoothly).

I’ve been trying to set up an access point as our NBN box is in the garage and we can not for the life of us figure it out!

I get an error - We couldn't repair your device at this time. When it shows up, I am unable to use my keyboard or mouse. I used another PC to create a Win11 USB flash drive and was able to get to the cmd screen where I tried to run chkdsk. I've tried to roll back to a previous date using system restore and this didnt fix it. I tried uninstalling the last updates as well. I've tried a fresh win11 install and this didnt work either.
