Ok so I have a business email address which I use. With 3-4 of my 50+ clients for some reason when I email them from my MAC - the emails go through fine. But from my iPhone/Acer computer and other iPhone they bounce back and I get an error message. I need this fixed so that I can email these clients from all 4 devices. Obviously I don't care if this gets fixed in 5 or 10 minutes , but obviously if you can't fix it then I can't pay you. The email address is hosted in GMail. 1) I have not been able to access my business email address for five days. I send and receive these emails through Mac Mail on my laptop. I am not tech-savvy at this level, and everything I've tried has been unsuccessful. I need a pro IT person with knowledge (of DNS, IP address upgrades, etc) to work out where this issue is managed and to get it going again - also to help me understand what to do in the future if/when I have the same issue again. 2) Re-connect our printer to wifi. Looking for someone tech savvy to create a new website, transfer domain and set up new email hosting, possibly a new logo. Someone that can give us some SEO info would be great too. Our business has all of the above but we want to revamp everything and have a pro lead us in the right direction. Ideally we would want to sit down to brief you on what we need and then happy for you to go and create our new brand! Can be done in the next couple of weeks
We designed and submitted the whole website and the team gave no input into what looks good etc. For novices this was no easy task. We had to wait for draft copies and make changes from there with only a limited amount of changes. We have been left frustrated and will still have to finish editing ourselves. We were told we had gotten a good deal and that the team were running at a loss on the job- I think a phone call and better consultation process from marks team would avoid the many changes, extra charges and overall feeling of being rushed and “cheap”’ Had we been told the website would be more money we would have paid it but being charged in the final hours just feels wrong. We asked for SEO, Logos and none of this has been discussed. The company itself has a great reputation I just think that the consultation process needs to be better- and just because we are looking for help on Airtasker it doesn’t mean we want cheap and rushed.
