Hard drive with last decade of travel photos and memories is just not working. It’s 1TB capacity, have no idea how much data is actually on it. My Mac doesn’t read the drive, and freezes when trying to open. Have tried multiple cables. The drive ‘feels’ like it’s on, as it does it’s usual warm up, but just can’t access any files. Flexible to the quote as long as there is some guarentee to recover files.

In 2016 I upgraded my MacBook Pro 2013 to an SSD and kept the old drive to use as an external hard drive. The external hard drive has not been damaged in anyway, only recently it stopped being recognised by my laptop. I have tried different casings and wires to no luck. I have included an image of the hard drive below. I cannot recall exactly how much data is on the drive, but it’s is mostly personal pictures and documents. I have since bought a new external drive and was hoping to recover everything from the obsolete drive and move it across to my new one. I reside in Coburg 3058, but I do visit the CBD regularly and would be happy to bring both drives there to have the issue resolved.
