I got enrolled in one of the online courses and my tutor as me that in order to do assignments i need to have Microsoft Word and Excel in my computer however i recently purchased a hp computer without Microsoft Word and Excel. Need to Fix the Issue with my Computers. Two computers. Very slow.

Hi there. I'm married with 3 children and have a whole heap of old family video memories recorded on the old mini DV cassette accumulated over the years filmed on my Sony cam corder. I would like someone to quote me per day or hour who is fluent with Computers and IT to transfer these videos from the old tapes straight onto my external Hard Drive. I can do it myself, but because me and my wife work full-time I just don't get enough time to do it during the day, and then after work I have to look after the kids helping my wife. So I need a person to come to our house and use our own computer that's already set up, and transfer one by one onto the external Hard Drive. I don't want to give the tapes to someone to take home to do because they are too sentimental for me to risk accidentally being lost, or a mishap like they go missing. The good part is me and my wife are always home in the home office working, so you are welcome to do the job from our home office, or wherever your comfortable to sit. ew h day make progress untill finished. I got atleast 100 tapes over the years I need to convert from miniDV to digital hard drive, so it's ongoing for a while. We are located in Eastern Creek which is 15mins from Parramatta. My gaming PC all of a sudden will not connect to my monitors and when it does it displays the message below, I am able to run Setup but am unable to do any task on the computer. The computer is new so I’m not quiet sure would the problem is.

I Have a Mac and I run window 7 thru parralells I only use word, publisher, excel, PDF and outlook on My Windows 7 . The windows 7 encountered the black screen and is inaccessible. To get around it, I have since purchase and downloaded windows 11 pro thru my Microsoft account and I can access all my windows 7 files thru windows 11. They are all visible and retrievable now at windows 11. I want someone to come to Parramatta and migrate the files from the windows 7 to windows 11. (word, excellent, publisher, outlook) I want to also transfer / migrate all my old outlook items from previous outlook used in windows 7 to the new outlook downloaded for windows 11. The New windows 11 version of Outlook is downloaded but not configured. It needs to be setup in coordination with my service provider whom can provide details on incoming and outgoing server entries as well as passwords for setup. Basically looking for someone to migrate windows and outlook from 7 to 11 pro.

Computer set up cable management

I have a Lenovo laptop that is approx 4 years old. Start up is slow approximately 3-4 min and when I launch Google browser pages take over 1 min to load I have also setup a desky stand-up desk and need someone to do the cable management as very untidy with cables from monitor and to 2 X laptop connected

We are suffering slow computer speed as modem as located too far away from computers. Booster has provided little help. Suggest modem needs to be relocated or cable run through the ceiling to get closer. We have a double storey house. Currently have to use a Wi-fi connection to use computers
