Need help setting up internet and security

Two old safes affixed to book shelf, I want to get rid of bookshelf and unable to do so as safes affixed to the bookshelf, only photos in safe but can’t get rid of bookshelf with personal photos and locked safes

Old computers no longer used are sitting around and I long ago forgot the passwords. Would like to be able to download hard drives (esp. photos) before disposing of them, if possible and affordable.
