I have a laptop, when ever I try to open folders it either opens for 1 second and then crashes or doesn't open at all. I can open word documents and the internet. Looks like an error with my file Explorer.

We've recently had NBN FTTB installed we're looking for a cabler who can connect this up from the MDF to our floor there is copper already installed up the coms riser to the floor we would then need a cable run from the comms riser to our server room which is about 20 - 30 meters and terminated with a RJ11 connection so that we can plug it into our NBN modem
