Find a reliable computer and IT professional in ACT

I have a problem with the passwords saved on my iPhone 14. A number have been compromised and need changing. I have used a password manager in the past but I want to save everything in my Apple password app. I don’t even know if this is the best idea. I can change my individual passwords but they don’t translate to the relevant website. I have gotten myself into a complete mess trying to fix this and I am looking for someone who knows what they are doing and can spend a couple of hours sorting me out (face to face). The more I try to fix things the worse it gets. I need a simple solution that works for a Luddite like me.

I have an ethernet home network. My new computer is HP OmniDesk Slim S030008a. My home cloud is Western Digital WDBCTL0020HWT- The computer has connected to the cloud and shows folders for music, photos and videos. When I open video folder it shows the usual choice of folders but when I open one of those folders it only shows videos not the folders they are contained in. I cannot move, edit or copy these files. I can only watch them. My old computer allowed me to view all folders on the cloud and edit or move them however I wanted. I can still do this if I connect the old computer to the home network. I am looking for someone who knows how to fix this problem so I can edit files in the cloud from the new computer. I also have a new Dell monitor that randomly says there is no hdmi signal even though it usually works. It usually occurs after computer has been asleep overnight but does occur at other times. Please do not contact me unless you know what these problems are and how to fix them. I am looking for someone to come to my house to fix this problem. I do not want to do it remotely as the last person who tried to fix something remotely did things on my computer he did not have permission to do.

Laptop is not turning on.

The nbn address checker says I have fttn but the only wall port I can find is an Ethernet port (rj45) not a phone port (rj11). The modem I have is for fttn but doesn’t work with the Ethernet cable I have. Not sure next steps, would like help getting set up asap. (Router and cable can be returned to jbhifi if needed)

I’m hoping someone might be able to help me out! My daughter’s Dell Inspiron 14 - 5000 laptop has stopped working — she really needs it for high school. I’ve tried doing a factory reset a few times, but no luck. Now it won’t even turn on properly — I can hear it running but the screen just stays blank. Reset camera addresses on Swann 16 camera control unit. Check internet and cable connections. Current problem is that half the cameras disappeared off the live view and we ended up with double ups when we added cameras back from the search function in ‘setup’. You will need to understand IP address, MAC address and the related settings within the Swann control unit.
