Elderly fathers pc is ‘broken’ - I assume he has gotten a virus or forgot logins but he really can’t tell me. Need someone to go and check it out to see what’s going on and try to fix it. Also possibly may need his fetch box connected to the internet as he says that’s not working either. That is a 5min job. Please be aware my father is a smoker so house does smell of smoke. Please ask that he leaves the front door open for airflow if needed and I’ll ask him not to smoke while anyone is in the house.

Apple MacBook Pro 2017 MacBook Screen Repair – Lines at Top of Screen I’m looking for someone experienced with MacBook repairs to diagnose and hopefully fix my 2017 MacBook. The screen has lines appearing at the top, but the display works normally when the screen is positioned at certain angles, especially when the lid is almost closed. I suspect it could be a display/flex cable or connection issue. What I need: * Diagnose the problem * Repair the screen/cable if possible * Ideally avoid replacing the entire screen if it’s just a cable or connection issue Please only apply if you have experience repairing MacBooks and can explain what you think the issue is. I can provide photos/video of the screen issue if needed. Budget: Please quote your price.
