Hi, i have a place in adelaide, there are network ports up and downstairs but im unsure if they are working, i have the nbn box and a mesh system but the signal drops out upstairs, im wanting to see if the network ports can be used or if extra equipment needs to be installed so i can have stable wifi upstairs.

purchased a canon TS5560 for home use, have tried to set up, printer is working not scanner. Apparently something to do with difference in wifi set up ???

Set uk my home wifi, I have received confirmation from my provider that it is active. Require someone to set up up for me.
