1 story, two bedroom, kitchen and living space. Well maintained over the last year of living. House will essentially be empty come SAT 17th JAN. We have or will have cleaned all areas and items, i.e. all floors, walls, table surfaces, blinds, windows, sinks, oven, fridge, cupboards, cabinets etc. So the work should not be strenous or extensive, a few hours max to just give a once over, would not have to cover all areas. Looking for a mutually beneficial arrangement where you get a shorter job for the pay, but we get the bond clean guaurantee. I will be present and available to assist/ discuss and collaborate. I will complete any additional work required or outside your scope following the service, prior to our leave date.
