Just need an hour to spring clean a small granny flat (kitchenette, tiny bathroom, lounge and bedroom), and any time left over to do a little bit of vacuuming/steam mopping in main house. Core tasks are as follows, a weekly routine that suits the homes and person would be arranged that includes what is listed: - Vacuum and mop floors - Vacuum sofa and under - Wipe all surfaces - Sweep front and back verandas - Clean all inside windows and sills - Clean all mirrors - Clean all bathrooms - Strip sofa, wash, dry, redress - Wipe down kitchen cupboard doors - Spot clean walls where needed - Dishes washed, dried and put away - Stripping and remaking beds - Disposing of rubbish into large wheelie bins as needed. - Processing laundry loads in and out of washer and dryer. - Clean laundry placed in laundry room/office room until you’d be confident identifying who’s clothes belong to who to be able to put them away. - Picking up any strewn rubbish on lawn. - Disinfecting door handles, light switches, chairs , stools etc. Must have a valid blue card, recent police check or NDIS screening check and reliable transport. Must enjoy working around people and animals as there are several on the property. Must also be eager to complete work to a high standard consistently and not be discouraged by repeated tasks.
