We are a busy family who require assistance with a deep clean, with the potential for regular cleaning. This clean we will require the following tasks completed; Throughout the property: Vacuum floors Wash hard floors Skirtings & window sills Clean windows Wipe couches Light switches & power points Internal doors, door handles & frames Laundry area including sink, taps & basin Internal cobwebs removed Occasional spot cleaning of walls Kitchen: Bench tops & splash back Sink & taps Stove top Front of oven Range hood/extractor fan Front of all Cupboards & drawers in kitchen area Bathroom & Toilet: Toilet – cleaned & sanitised Tile areas & vanity units Sink basin & taps, bath & taps Shower You will need to supply products and equipment. Hi, I am looking for a reliable person to spring clean my house, it includes the wet areas (kitchen, main bathroom and toilet and ensuite), living/dining and lounge room. You will need to perform the usual tasks of wiping down benches, sinks and cabinets, cleaning shower(2) toilet (2) and bath(2) , vac and mop of all areas plus wipe down walls, skirting bords ect Job should only take 4-5 hours, I am unable to help so you can bring someone to help you but job should take half the time then. Price is per hour max of $125 = 5hrs Needs to be completed on a Tuesday or Thursday as my son is at daycare on those days.

Would like to hire someone that is a bit more than your typical vacuum and dust cleaner. Would like someone that is not scared to get their hands dirty. Someone that will clean behind the fridge, vacuum behind the couch, lift up and dust under things and get deep into those places that have not seen light for a long time. In return i am offering to pay you a good hourly rate and am not putting any time limit on the job. Also the following is not required as i will be posting another task, however if you do want to earn more whilst you are here there is also a heap of washing and ironing to do. I have requested this before and every time someone comes in, does a fast 3 hours, tries to get everything done in the shortest amount of time possible and leaves. I do not understand, i do not want a fast job, i am willing to pay you for as long as it takes, take 2 days if that is necessary, i will pay you for every hour!!!! I just want someone to do an incredible job, take their time and scrub the house from top to bottom. 4x2 house but 2 rooms do not need cleaning, so 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, kitchen, laundry and toilets. Will need to supply all cleaning equipment including vacuum. House is dirty so will need more time than usual, also there is a lot of stuff laying around, i do not want someone just to clean around things, want someone that is happy to move and organise things as they go.
