I have quite extensive black mould invading my 3 bedroom house due to issues with the roof and ceiling that have now been rectified, but the spread was ferocious and most living areas including hallways, the laundry, bathrooms and kitchen and lounge room are all covered in it now.

The ceiling of the verandah has got some mould and mildew growth that needs cleaning and removal. The entire ceiling needs to be cleaned, not just spot cleaned. The verandah is an L shape - one side is 10m x 3 m, other side is 5m x 3m. If you’re able to work around the table and the couches that’d be ideal. Everything else I can move out of the way.
