Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced in mould removal/remediation to inspect and treat visible mould on the ceiling and cornices of a master bedroom. The mould appears mainly around the ceiling edges/corners and is spread across several areas rather than one small isolated patch. Photos are attached. I would like someone who can: * Properly clean and treat the affected ceiling/cornice areas, rather than simply wiping or painting over the mould * Use appropriate mould-treatment products and bring your own equipment/ladder * Assess the likely cause, e.g. condensation, humidity, poor ventilation or possible water ingress/leak * Advise whether the plasterboard/paint appears damaged or needs further repair/repainting * Take before-and-after photos * Recommend what I should do to prevent the mould returning Please let me know your experience with mould remediation and what treatment method/products you normally use. The ceiling of the verandah has got some mould and mildew growth that needs cleaning and removal. The entire ceiling needs to be cleaned, not just spot cleaned. The verandah is an L shape - one side is 10m x 3 m, other side is 5m x 3m. If you’re able to work around the table and the couches that’d be ideal. Everything else I can move out of the way.
