Hi, The rooms in the apartment are as follows: 1x large bedroom, 1x large study (with a bed), 1 x mid/small bedroom (nursery). 1x loungeroom, 1x dining room, 1x bathroom and an additional shower and toilet (and a sink in a bedroom), 1x kitchen with a small walkway/laundry 1x entry with hallway. Job duties: *Floors mopped/swept or vacuumed. *Surfaces inc. window seals, doors, bench tops, sinks, oven - wiped and dusted. *Showers & toilets cleaned. *fresh linen that is provided used to make up the bed in main bedroom * small amount of laundry folded It would be best if you had your own cleaning products/gear. However we do have all cleaning products - sprays, wipes , chemicals, towels etc. we have a mop and a vacuum. More than welcome to use all. We don’t have protective gear - masks, gloves etc). Prefer someone who can do the job, ongoing - fortnightly. No fragrance sprays/perfumes/candles to be used as part of cleaning job.

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment requires deep cleaning and detailing to prepare it for sale. This is not a simple wiping and dusting job. It requires at least one day of hard work. It is currently in a quite a rundown state. See the attached photos and read the description. Kitchen All cupboards and surfaces must be cleaned. Some shelves may have stains which need to be removed. Also, the stone benchtops require stains to be removed. The pantry has been already cleaned and can serve as an example of the expected outcome. Built-in laundry Requires deep cleaning. Nothing too special. Walls Walls need to be washed in preparation for painting. They must be cleaned from accumulated dust, especially skirting, and grime from the kitchen use. Some areas (where the furniture was) require special attention. Ceilings Ceiling in the main living area and the adjoining corridors need to be washed from cooking residual. Bedrooms There are two bedrooms, both with built-in robes. Built-in robes must be deep cleaned. Mirror doors washed. Carpets deep cleaned. Bathrooms Deep clean everything External windows Must be cleaned from inside and outside (this is a ground floor apartment), including the windows farming. Air conditioning units The plastic surface of the indoor units got yellowish colour which needs to be bleached to get them back to the original state as much as possible. The filters must be cleaned. Carpets All carpets must be steam cleaned and some stain removal will be required in some areas. The carpets will not be changed, so they need to be in a presentable state. Wooden floor Needs to be prepared for sanding. There are some dirty areas left from the furniture and the fridge. External area No need to touch the veranda. However we do have all cleaning products - sprays, wipes , chemicals, towels etc. we have a mop and a Dyson vacuum (very effective but can run out of juice quickly). More than welcome to use all. We don’t have protective gear - masks, gloves etc). Due date: Thursday would be best - 28/03. Has to be done before 01/04. Job has potential for ongoing, monthly work. Ongoing, Depending on state of house would also like some laundry completed if fits within timeframe (not this time round but in future).

Only in small area - Air con unit needs a clean, wipe over - I would be surprised if it took more than 2 hours.
