Including skirting boards, cupboards etc. The oven does NOT need cleaning (it is broken and being replaced). The floors are tiled. We would prefer a sole trader : to know exactly who will be cleaning the house. Must be available Wednesday Feb 4 to clean, we cannot do another day. Home owner will be present to oversee the cleaning. I don’t have photos of every room, but spaces all are similar. The price is reflective of the fact that we do not need the bedrooms or common area cleaned and don’t need the oven cleaned either. Wipe down all skirting/Scotia/baseboards. Dust-free finish required. House is mostly empty with some boxes/items – easy access. Please bring your own cleaning supplies/equipment (vacuum, mop, cleaners, cloths etc.). Must be available tomorrow Sunday 18/01. Flexible on timing. Thanks!
