We are seeking experienced, hotel-standard cleaners for our short-term accommodation properties. This is ongoing work, with cleans required 24/7, 365 days a year (subject to bookings). Details: • Property size: 2bedrooms /2 bathrooms • Cleaning style: Hotel service standard • Fixed cleaning time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (unless advised otherwise) • Must be able to work fast and efficiently, with high attention to detail. Cleaning Duties: • Provide OWN Full linen changeover (triple sheeted style) • Provide OWN Fresh pillowcases, linens, quilt covers, fitted sheets (double, queen, king) • We supply quilts and pillows • Provide Fresh towels (bath towels & hand towels) • Provide and Restock hotel-style toiletries: body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash • Display complimentary items: toothbrushes, toothpaste, welcome gifts (, tea, chocolates, water bottles and milk etc. – provided in a storage box on-site) • Provide and restock basic essentials: laundry pods, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, sugar and salt packets. • Restock small guest supplies we provide: dishwashing liquid, paper towels, sponges, bin liners - also provided in storage box • Ensure property is guest-ready to hotel standards Requirements: • Proof of clean via WhatsApp (photos/video) • Punctual and consistent communication • All cleaning equipment must be supplied by you (we provide vacuum only) • Reliable transport to and from properties • Previous hotel or short-term rental cleaning experience preferred

The price listed is $35 per hour. I know I’m not offering a lot of hours each week. To compensate, I want to be the easiest and most reliable task you deal with. This would ideally be best suited to someone that wanted extra work after their main. The tasks that need to be completed: - Ironing & putting clothes into my wardrobe - Shower and bathroom clean - Changing bedsheets - Emptying small kitchen bins I know these sound like oddly specific tasks, but they always seem to get away from me after my work week. I always manage to maintain the rest of my home. While you’re here, you’d be invited to have as much coffee and any bevs or snacks from my fridge. Also, I’d love to provide a glowing reference for you. It’s the least I can do to compensate for not being able to provide more work hours. Our 28 year old trans daughter is moving to an existing share house in Maribyrnong where she will live with one other person, Her belongings are coming out of storage delivered Monday ist September between 1pm and 4pm although she has a carful of clothes and personals from where she has been staying short term.
