This job is going to take someone with exceptional expertise in ORGANIZING and CLUTTER CLEARING, including coming up with lots of ingenious organisational and storage systems for clothes, paperwork and a large amount of other sundry items. I am happy to send stuff to the op shop opposite but don't know what to keep or where and how to store it.

Assist heart disease and depression sufferer CLUTTER CLEAR and ORGANISE as much as possible of the following: small spare bedroom/study, medium sized double bedroom, small hall, small bathroom in small light, airy attractive Art Deco Flat in St Kilda. (Also possibly also very small storage unit elsewhere at Port Melbourne). I am on Centrelink sickness benefit only so can only afford to pay minimum rates but the flat and the "stuff" to be cleared are all clean and attractive so nothing unpleasant or difficult to deal with. Weekends or weekdays as you prefer. (We have a small noisy Chihuahua).

We have a small closet room under the stairs which needs some boxes containing food to be thrown in the outside bin. The room has attracted mice because of the food. A pest control company will be coming next week but the room needs to be cleared of boxes. Should only take 15 - 20 mins

Hi there: I live in St Kilda in an apartment with my boyfriend and we are planning to spend some time out of town over the next few months but would like to keep the apartment cleaned and managed as an Airbnb. I would like to find someone local and reliable to assist with this (preferably in the area) and can quote a reasonable amount for the task. The apartment is one bedroom with a sunroom out the back - and obviously kitchen, bathroom, lounge room - its about 70 square meters in total. The task would include washing linen and towels and we have a washing machine in the apartment (no dryer but cloths lines). My bec and bridge dress has a few stains that I ned removed by no later than Thursday night. I went to a dry cleaner and they said they wouldnt be able to remove it as it looks like rust (dammmnn.) Any laundry gurus out there who can assist, PLEASE hit me up! I will love you forever and name my first child after you (unless your name is Trish or Jonathan, NUP)
