We are a small family of three (+1 cat) who currently live in Northcote. Alison and I(David) have a 5 year old daughter named Ava who has recently started primary school. We are a house-proud family and look forward to welcoming you and having you taking care of it as it is was your own. We are looking for a responsible and well natured person to help us with housekeeper activities. It would be great if you have some experience and references. Activities will include: • General weekly cleaning. Vacuuming, Dusting, Mopping, spray and wipe • Periodic cleaning. Fridge, oven etc • Laundry, bedding and putting away clothes • Grocery shopping • Planning and preparing meals • Taking care of basic household maintenance • Other household and support activities • Water indoor plants Initial working days would ideally be Monday and Thursday mornings. Starting off as approximately 6 to 10 hours per week. This is an ongoing arrangement for the right individual who we’d like to be with us for the medium to long term. Having a CV, personal bio and or references, police checks WWC etc would be beneficial and/or if you can provide us with a an understanding of who you are that would be great. Having a valid car licence is preferred. This initial Airtasker add is for one 4 hour housekeeping engagement. Once which we can explore continuing on further on a Monday and Thursday each week. Hi, Need completed tomorrow 18 Dec - air-conditioned house. Don’t worry about the heat! :) Require solid experience and guaranteed quality, but will accompany this with a premium rate. No time to finish the final organising of our house prior to Christmas after move in. Last 2 rooms needed, garage and kids play room. Garage has sleeping bags, sport equipment, house items that need to be folded, stacked and placed into built in cupboards. No greasy heavy things. A sweep out at the end would be great. Kids play room is clean, but just has a bunch of toys and stationary re-organised. Clean modern house, would be a 50/50 effort between the garage and the play room. Likely to take 4 hours each room. I estimated 8 hours @ $20 just to get the number up there, not what I think needs to be paid. If it's 2 people and you can get more done, will consider increased rates too.

i have some patches of carpet that have become grubby ....whole carpet was only steamed cleaned short time ago, so dont need whole house done. There 2 spills that could do w a professional lift (i cleaned but haven't been 100% successful) one was coffee and one was red wine...i assume it will never be 100% but it could definitely look better! Other than that there there is just one area approx size 1m squared which is just bit grubby and has spots around where messy kids keep dropping food.

We have 8-10 loads of drying clothes to be completed from a suspected bed bug infestation that has been taken care of professionally. We need someone to take the clothes to a laundromat (there is one across the road), dry the clothes at high-heat and return it to our apartment. We have tried scrubbing the rug before, however now we live in an apartment and don't have the room to clean it ourselves. We are nervous about the colours running out.

We need some help with post 40th birthday party pack up ASAP this morning for two hours. A few tasks including popping bottles into recycling bin and a little bit of rubbish to clean up, like napkins. Then rinsing the hire glasses and packing back into the crate. Also wiping down a couple of tables/benches and sorting out drinks in the esky. It was a pretty low key event of about 30 people so it’s not a particularly messy/difficult pack up.
