We run a short-stay accommodation business located throughout Victoria. We are looking for a regular cleaner/property manager who is able to help with changeovers for 5 houses (4 BR, 2 Bath) in Narre warren, Clayton, Lyndhurst, Mordialloc and Berwick. Typically each property has 2-3 changeovers per week, so the role would likely have 10 and 15 changeovers per week, with each changeover involving approximately 2-3 hours of work. Work hours are generally 10am - 4pm, 7 days per week (often on weekends). Need to have your own vehicle and be available to work these hours. Work will be consistent but differing days of work, so would suit someone who doesn't have additional work during the day. Role includes: Cleaning the property between stays - kitchen, bathroom, vacuum, mop etc Handling linen change - either can be washed on site, taken home, or washed at a laundromat Ensuring the property is well presented to upcoming guests and all supply items are fully stocked (toilet paper, cleaning products, salt/pepper, shampoo etc) Prices Nego - Weekly Payments - Due date: Flexible

Hello everyone, I’ve recently moved out of my parents 6 bedroom house into a very small 3 bedroom townhouse. I have A LOT of clothes and toys that I need help organising and decluttering to make space, and try to get everything to fit. Have no furniture either so would also like some help on choosing out drawers and storage to find a home for all of my belongings. There’s a LOT to do. My main concern is organising all my clothes and shoes and my childrens toys as that’s where most of the clutter is. Then it would be easier to find a place for everything else. I have a nice new place in Dandenong and our current cleaner is having health issues, she comes once a week for two to three hours.
