Hired for an end of lease clean where he outlined everything that was included. Over half the things listed were not done.. the carpet cleaning was terrible wet carpets 2 days later with a odour. When I called him to address the issues he agreed to return.. he never returned and refused to answer my calls or texts. My end of lease clean didnt pass and I had to employ another cleaner to actually do the job. Do NOT USE

End of lease clean for 3b2b townhouse with additional garage, balcony and laundry room. No carpet throughout. All windows need cleaning from inside. 2 sliding doors (glass) require cleaning both inside and outside. Kitchen needs deep clean as in cupboards, oven and exhaust hood. 6 big window shutters require a wipe down. These shutters are blinds material however are in big roll me downs. Will need a detailed receipt with cleaners information to send to REA. Thank you.

They Had to reschedule due to job being more harder than they thought despite my descriptions tried to charge an extra $150 for steam cleaning which is already included in final price cleaning was not what I thought it would be vents still dirty blinds not cleaned properly walls not cleaned properly. Dont know what steam cleaning machine was used as I didn’t see one when I arrived no truck nothing just a small car

We are needing our property cleaned after our tenants moved out. The tenants have left the property in bad shape, as the tenants removed carpets, removed doors, left dirty walls, some rubbish left in cabinets, etc. It is a 3 bedroom house, 1 bathroom, small kitchen. I have included photos to show full extent of job. Job requires: -Wiping down all internal dirty walls to remove dirty marks -Wiping down internal doors -Vaccumming/sweeping all floors (carpet, floorboards and tiles in different areas of house) -Empty and clean cupboard and wardrobes -Throwing out remaining junk left in house (e.g. a few bottles and pots and pans) -Clean 3 bedrooms -Bathroom clean -Toilet clean -Kitchen clean -Laundry clean We appreciate it is not an easy clean given the state the tenants left the house. I have included 10 photos to show the property condition.
