I require the clean of 1 large bedroom, a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom. PLEASE NOTE - These rooms are in bad condition from a previous tenant and require a bigger clean and a bit of a strong stomach for the bathroom. NO GENERIC CLEANING INVITES WILL BE ACCEPTED. II have a 2 bedroom house that is in need of an overhaul. I have had tenants recently that have put the place into disprepair and it is filled with empty wine bottles (over 50), takeaway items allover the place, dog mess, horrible toilet conditions and a kitchen that needs a serious makeover. This requires professional cleaners and a strong stomach. Requirements: - Debris clean is no.1 across the house. I will be ordering a skip which will be at the bottom of the house under 1 flight of stairs where all the rubbish can go. It will be at least 15 large bags of debris. Including large boxes and items around the house. Best to start here. - Once the debris is cleared a strong sweep and mop of all the floors (wooden floors) - this includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 large L-shaped living area, 1 medium-sized kitchen and an outside area (outside area requires only a clean-up of current items) - Clean two sinks, a bathroom top and a shower area - scrubbing out the mess in the main bathroom (the second bathroom hasn’t really been used and is not included in this task) - Wash-up task! Various plates and cups all over the house cleaned and put back together in the kitchen. (The kitchen isn’t too bad in terms of appliances but there is a lot of mess) - Removal of all items from the fridge into garbage bags. Everything has to go and it will be about 2 -3 bags full.
