Ok, i haven't put end of lease as it's not an end of lease, however, someone will be moving in on a lease and the standard of presentation must be good. The place is far from filthy, think of it in caer terms, "needs a detail" to be up to scratch. Things like: bathroom floor tiles have a mix of clean and grout staines. Shower tiles pretty good, just a minor grime stain, rest just a detail. rangehood overall ok, the inside needs a good spray and wipe. Oven the inside door a bit dirty and trays need a clean too. bedroom is fine. just a mop and spray and wipe over the wardrobe mirror. a3 seater couch needs a steam clean particularly around the head rest of the chase section, rest can have a once over too. hallway rug is regularly vacuumed but want it stea, cleaned too. 80cm x 3m.
