We live in narrabeen in a neat and tidy apartment with 2 bed + 1 small study, ensuite, main bathroom, kitchen and lounge. We require all surfaces to be wiped/dusted and floors vaccumed and mopped, skirting boards dusted (lifting items up and wiping/vacuuming under them, not just around them). The bedroom and study has plantation shutters and ceiling fans that need wiping (on alternate visits) Bathrooms (including toilet, shower screens) and kitchen cleaned and mopped.
