Our new townhouse has some deterioration of the exterior wood finish and needs to be re-done. It’s the second floor accessible from the driveway. I would like for the area to be either sanded or treated with a wood cleaning solution, and then have two courts of new protective clear coat applied.

Two of the claddings installed in the outdoor area are a bit short (see attached photos) and they need to be replaced with new ones. To replace the two, the carpenter needs to undo a total of 5 claddings. The over all job should not take more than an hour and half. Please let me know if anyone is interested in doing the job.
