Recently had some roof work done to replace some flashing. The foam cladding and render had to be cut back. Seeking quotes to patch this up. Around 200mm-300mm of foam and render.

I am hoping to get a quote from for a standalone timber frame which would sit in front of a colourbond fence so I can fix 2.1m height external cladding to it. I need 17.5m in width and the current fence is 1.8m in height so the frame would go higher than the existing fence. I have attached an example. Thanks.

Two of the claddings installed in the outdoor area are a bit short (see attached photos) and they need to be replaced with new ones. To replace the two, the carpenter needs to undo a total of 5 claddings. The over all job should not take more than an hour and half. Please let me know if anyone is interested in doing the job.
