replace 2 x under house access doors and install some timber cladding under-stairs I’m looking for an experienced carpenter to replace the two existing under-house access doors and frames and install some timber paneling/facade under a stair. Possibly some other works available if job is accepted like boxing out/screens or covers to hide utility equipment Looking for a quote for labour and materials or possibly labour only and I can purchase materials. Probably looking at using pre oiled Merbau Decking boards as doors and facade, either 140/90x19 with some treated pine as frames and stud work. But happy to hear other options as well. Areas of external cladding (blue board) needs to be removed for an engineer's inspection of the frames & footings. About 6 -8 inspection holes are required. The material does not need to be salvaged. Also a floor inspection hole needs to be opened - material does not need to be salvaged.
