I have a loose exterior wall panel upstairs that makes noise when it’s windy. The house was built in 2017 and the exterior is horizontal fibre cement / cladding panels (not brick). Construction of a wall at the end of the existing verandah. Wall frame to be built using f7 treated pine. Wall to have 1 aluminium window 1.2m high x 1.4m wide. Two of the claddings installed in the outdoor area are a bit short (see attached photos) and they need to be replaced with new ones. To replace the two, the carpenter needs to undo a total of 5 claddings. The over all job should not take more than an hour and half. Please let me know if anyone is interested in doing the job.
