Hello! I'm trying to cost up running a weekend wellness retreat in the southern end of the Gold Coast. I need to find someone awesome that we could get involved as the chef for the weekend :D The dates aren't locked in as of yet but I'll detail below what I am looking for and if it's something you might be interested in let me know! : Friday: 5pm cooking demo/nutrition session followed by... 6:30pm dinner for 6 people (chef needed to be present/hot dinner) Saturday: 1pm lunch for 6 people (chef can be there or it can be a cold lunch dropped whenever suits you that morning). 6:30pm dinner for 6 people (chef needed to be present/hot dinner). I'd like the food prepared to be healthy, nutritionally balanced (ideally you will have a nutritional/dietetic background as well as cheffing experience) and hopefully even organic and locally produced. Also as you would be with the guests on the Friday night you'd need to be a 'people-person' and willing to present/interact with them (I will be there too, it will be a fun time!!).
