New fridge will not fit under the cupboard above so it needs to be lifted 25mm which will mean resizing of the door at the least, possibly some of the frame

The stair case needs the final sanding, sides and kickboards painted and the treads and handrail stained and varnished. There are 11 stair treads, 12 kickboards, 2 side panels and 1 handrail. The stair case has been stripped and the heavy sanding done so just needs finishing. Paint and stain will be supplied.

Installation of Qld Spotted Gum solid timber flooring, 85 mm width, 19 mm depth, in one room (area 5 m x 6 m = 30 m2) in place of existing carpet. Job includes removal of existing carpet, removal and re-install of skirting boards, preparation of surface under the carpet, etc. I am ready to do the job asap.
