Stainless steel cabinet needs modification

We have about 45 m of fence, and outside alfresco area and pool decking that needs to be cleaned and stained.

I have a tenant who left an area of the lounge room removed of stain. I will need the whole room sanded back and re-stained. The room is approximately 3.75 x 4.25 and a small hallway about 1mx1.3m. The boards are solid wood. Need to match as close as possible to other rooms. Need to supply own tools and stain

I have some pine ikea shelving that I need help with sanding and staining/painting. Some will be from scratch, others will be touch ups and/or protective top coats. I have a garage where the work can be done, as well as the stain and paint. I have some paint brushes, or you may want to bring your own. You will need to bring your own sanding equipment, there are multiple power points in the garage and I can supply extension cords if needed.

End of lease- some walls have stains and peeled off as there have been pictures hung up on the walls. There's about two walls in the lounge and sections of the walls in the two bed rooms that needs painting. We need our wooden kitchen counter sanded, stained & varnished with a clear coat to seal it all in. Approx 2.2m of counter in total inc one corner. Must have own tools, varnish & sealant will be supplied by us. Silicone will need to be removed & reapplied, the counter will most likely need to be belt sanded or plained. Basically our tenants never heard of a dish rack tray & left the bench constantly went, so it’s warped & swollen in some spots.
