There are 3 pine balconies: approx 2.4x2.4m / 2.3x5.9m these are both level 1 and then a 2.3x5.9m on level 2. All balconies have been pressure washed and the 2 large balconies have also been cleaned using Cabot’s deck clean. I need them all sanded back with 2 coats of decking oil applied.
