Deck and house timber stain Looking for someone experienced to clean, prepare and stain the timber at the rear of my house. Scope includes: Clean and prepare the existing back deck. Light sand/prep where required. Stain the full deck area. Stain the vertical timber cladding across the rear of the house. Stain the timber under the roof/eaves where required. Protect windows, brickwork, outdoor kitchen and surrounding areas. Apply enough coats to achieve an even, quality finish. Clean up once completed. The timber is currently weathered in some areas, particularly the deck, so preparation is important. Photos attached showing the full area. Stain the fence about 40 meters and also the deck 20 sqm. I am planning to plant the hedges within the next two weeks. I also have an old pain spray and I provide the stain as well. If you use the pain spray it’s an hour work on the fence. I hurt my neck and cannot do it myself. The deck needs a bit of a love.
