I have 2 deckings that need to be cleaned, sanded down and then re stained. The black mark on one of the photos is to show that the decking has been extended with the same timbers recently and that needs to be sanded and then stained also.

Carpet stains from couple years ago when my puppy was going through toilet training. Need help to remove these as much as possible.

Looking for a professional carpenter to sand back my front door on the external side only including the door frame, side window frame. Then stain it with stain I have purchased. Then either come back next day to varnish with varnish I have bought otherwise I can varnish it myself if you don't want to come back to varnish. I will put up plastic sheets just inside behind the door to close off the space so that dust doesn't go into the rest of my house so you won't need to do that.
