Find a professional staining service in Altona North

I’m looking to have the floorboards in our property sanded back and re-stained. We haven’t decided on the exact colour yet, though we’d ideally like to go for a lighter/natural finish. I’ve attach the floor plan showing the areas that need to be completed for downstairs and stairs (15 in total) If possible, could you please provide a rough quote based on that, along with any recommendations you may have?

Court yard Decking requires sanding and staining

Small decking at front and back of house and above garden bed needs restaining. Decks are 3.1x5.5m and 1.7x4.2m and garden bed is 1.2x2.6x0.4m. Don’t know the type of wood or stain, so not sure what to do. Looking for advice on next steps such as stripping/sanding, then restaining with oil/paint/hybrid as recommended by you. To bring all your own tools and consumables.
