Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced in porcelain / ceramic repair, toilet bowl surface repair or resurfacing to assess and repair a small damaged/stained area inside a toilet bowl in Docklands VIC 3008. There is a small localised yellow-brown/dark brown mark at the bottom of the toilet bowl. It visually looks like dirt/waste, but it is not waste and does not flush or wash off. it appears that the area may be: * rust or mineral staining; * staining embedded in damaged porcelain glaze; or * localised wear/damage to the glazed surface. The toilet itself is otherwise fully functional. I am therefore specifically looking for someone who has experience repairing or resurfacing porcelain in this location, if it can be done reliably. I would prefer to repair the existing toilet rather than replace the complete toilet, as replacement would be considerably more expensive. Please let me know: * whether this type of repair is something you can undertake; * what repair/resurfacing method you would use; * whether the repaired area will withstand permanent water exposure and normal toilet cleaning

Black stain from cat pee has destroyed part of the wooden floor. Looking to see if its repairable before we move out of our rental property.

I need a clean circular hole cut into the side of this steel cupboard. I cut a rough hole in it myself to feed the washine machine hose through, but I need a cleaner hole cut in before I move out. The laundry cupboard has one of those slim stainless-steel laundry troughs with a storage cabinet underneath, next to the washing machine. The washing machine will be moved out of the apartment on Friday 7 Aug so I'd like someone to come on Saturday 8 Aug.

Sand back pine timber flooring and restain floor to colour indicated in sample photo. House is an old Victorian villa however floorboards are not original (likely mid 1900s). Imperfections / uneven points exist in aspects of the floor. Will require someone experienced doing this kind of work. Work only needs to be done in hallway, living, dining and kitchen (not bedrooms). Refer to floorplan. Note - walls between kitchen/living, and living/dining, have been removed. We are looking for an experienced welder / stainless steel fabricator to carry out welding works to 2 separate 316 stainless steel strip drains. Both strip drains were originally cut short to fit and now need to be rejoined. Scope includes aligning and welding each strip drain back together to form a clean continuous finish, with welds to be neat, flush and dressed ready for installation. Must have experience working with 316 stainless steel and be able to provide clean, high-quality workmanship.
