I have a small courtyard measuring just under 5x5 metres, for which nearly all of it is already wooden decking. A strip of 0.75m by 5m is currently dirt (there was grass there which I removed) and I would like to extend the deck to make the entire space wooden decking. Once new wood is added, I would like to sand and refinish to stain the entire deck a consistent colour.

We are looking for an experienced welder / stainless steel fabricator to carry out welding works to 2 separate 316 stainless steel strip drains. Both strip drains were originally cut short to fit and now need to be rejoined. Scope includes aligning and welding each strip drain back together to form a clean continuous finish, with welds to be neat, flush and dressed ready for installation. Must have experience working with 316 stainless steel and be able to provide clean, high-quality workmanship.

As per photographs, our deck could do with a refresh, preferably two coats. It will require a few visits to allow for moving things to one side to stain and dry before moving things back onto freshly stained area. It’s about 5m x 5m and has three steps. 1. Pressure wash 2. Replace some lifting nails with special screws we’ll provide 3. There’s no need to move the large rectangular planter boxes, just reach under to stain, but will need to move smaller pots, table and kennel to one side of deck at a time to stain - we can help 4. Stain one side at a time using mop applicator AND a brush, the gaps between the boards are large enough that the inside edges need to be stained using a brush 5. Care is necessary to avoid drips, because our deck is over a common entrance where neighbours drive their cars in and out so we don’t want drips falling on their cars - we will warn them of timing 6. We have the stain and can buy more as required

Paint has peeled off the wall exposing the plaster. So it would need some filler then sanding and paint. Also the window cill and a bit of the skirting board needs painting. Acrylic paint on the carpet. So it needs a good steam clean. Finally a new desk top need to be screwed to the legs.

I have the decking paint, I just need someone to prepare and paint/stain the wooden panels on my balcony. There are two ends that need painting that are approximately 3m x 3m and a harder to reach area above the windows and doors to my balcony which is approximately 6m in length and a bit under a meter in height.
