Small section of timber flooring in kitchen where the finish has been removed and there is some black staining along the edge. I need the small areas sanded/treated, stained and coated to match the surrounding areas before new kitchen cabinets are installed.

Two floorboards are damaged and need replaced. The replacement boards don't need to perfectly match (this is coming ahead of a later renovation), but a close stain would be great.

Looking for someone to repair parts of the ceiling of the unit downstairs affected by old water staining/peeling paint. The original issue was caused by blocked balcony drainage above, but the drainage was fixed immediately afterwards and there is no ongoing leak. Photos show the two affected areas. This is a relatively small cosmetic repair - just needs to be professionally finished to meet the property owner's expectations. No major structural replacement is expected. Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced in porcelain / ceramic repair, toilet bowl surface repair or resurfacing to assess and repair a small damaged/stained area inside a toilet bowl in Docklands VIC 3008. There is a small localised yellow-brown/dark brown mark at the bottom of the toilet bowl. It visually looks like dirt/waste, but it is not waste and does not flush or wash off. it appears that the area may be: * rust or mineral staining; * staining embedded in damaged porcelain glaze; or * localised wear/damage to the glazed surface. The toilet itself is otherwise fully functional. I am therefore specifically looking for someone who has experience repairing or resurfacing porcelain in this location, if it can be done reliably. I would prefer to repair the existing toilet rather than replace the complete toilet, as replacement would be considerably more expensive.
