Looking for an experienced concreter to grind, stain, and seal approximately 35sqm of existing concrete flooring in one room. Scope of work: - Grind existing concrete surface. - Apply concrete stain (colour to be discussed). - Seal with a basic satin finish. If possible, install a transition strip to neatly separate the concrete area from the adjoining carpeted section. Additional details: Indoor job. Access is straightforward. Must supply own tools and materials (unless otherwise discussed). Previous experience with decorative concrete preferred — photos of past work welcome. Remove stain from carpet

Need someone to secure a stainless steel handrail / queue barrier post at our restaurant entrance. It’s suddenly become unstable/wobbly. One of the floor fixings has stripped/come loose (the screw just sits in the hole and won’t tighten).
