Looking for someone to repair parts of the ceiling of the unit downstairs affected by old water staining/peeling paint. The original issue was caused by blocked balcony drainage above, but the drainage was fixed immediately afterwards and there is no ongoing leak. Photos show the two affected areas. Hi I need the front of my house sanded and re stained. I have a balcony up the top which could be tricky so I’ll attach photos. Front part which is the worst looking should be simple.

I need a clean circular hole cut into the side of this steel cupboard. I cut a rough hole in it myself to feed the washine machine hose through, but I need a cleaner hole cut in before I move out. The laundry cupboard has one of those slim stainless-steel laundry troughs with a storage cabinet underneath, next to the washing machine. The washing machine will be moved out of the apartment on Friday 7 Aug so I'd like someone to come on Saturday 8 Aug.
