Stain outdoor wooden deck - Due date: Flexible

Recently moved into a new place and the deck desperately needs to be stained. Probably needs 2 coats. Size 5m x 4m Flexible date

Kitchen benchtops are sticky in places and need (I think) cleaning right back with meth spirits, then a light sand, fresh stain and a new coat of varnish. Could suit carpenter apprentice. About 4.5 m in total length, 60cm deep. Total area is less due to stove and sink area. Flexible with dates. By 11 Jan is ideal but later no problem. - Due date: Flexible

Need an experienced painter to clean, prep and paint/stain outdoor features. The job has three parts - I have included photos with markings to simplify the quote A (red) - need to prep and paint the fence(on both sides) and shed.
