I have two balconies that I would like sanded and stained. Balcony 1 - 4 x 1.5m Balcony 2 - 6.1 x 1.6m It is an apartment, up two flights of stairs. Balcony 1 is on the bottom level of my apartment, balcony 2 is on the upstairs level. I'm not sure that pressure washing would be appropriate due to apartments underneath. I don't mind whether oil based or water based is used. Currently has water based. I am looking for it to be refreshed prior to sale. Happy for stain supply to be negotiated, I supply or you. Please provide quote and how long you think this would take.

I require a professional to sand back my roof deck and the small side porch deck treat the deck and then apply two coats of decking stain of which I will supply. All furniture and obstacles from the deck will be removed. The cheapest quote won’t necessarily win the job because I’m after someone capable and who will do a good job.
