Need two small carpet stains professionally treated (spot cleaning only, not full carpet clean). Diffuser oil stain is small and localised (see photos). Must bring own stain-removal equipment/products. Apartment in Melbourne.

I have the decking paint, I just need someone to prepare and paint/stain the wooden panels on my balcony. I have two balconies that I would like sanded and stained. Balcony 1 - 4 x 1.5m Balcony 2 - 6.1 x 1.6m It is an apartment, up two flights of stairs. Balcony 1 is on the bottom level of my apartment, balcony 2 is on the upstairs level. I'm not sure that pressure washing would be appropriate due to apartments underneath.
