We have possums nesting in the space between our ground floor ceiling and first floor. The cavity space is large with batons running the width of the house. The space between the batons needs to be blocked off with mesh at both ends. However, we also need a one way door created to allow the possums to exit but not return. I can provide mesh. However, mesh will need to be cut to size and fitted. Photos show the type of openings to be filled. A one way door will also need to be created. Fiddly work but looking for someone with the skills and ingenuity to solve the issue

Need to remove and remount our outdoor awning. Install a solid continuous timber mounting board across the existing timber frame, cut to fit, secured straight and level, sealed and painted to match the house. Then remount the awning securely. We have staff available to help lift the awning on and off.

Our pool liner is getting replaced on Monday 15/6 and for them to do this, I need to remove one row of Ekodeck edge board and the timber it's connected to. I've already removed the face plates. Please see you photos and it'll all make sense. I need someone who is familiar with Ekodeck. There are only about 12 panels to remove. I then need the timber and panels put back on one day next week.
