In need of a carpenter who holds a current QBCC license who also does a simple designer plans to provide to the landlord for a 57m2 barbershop fitout. Currently a brand new empty shell. Has opened ceiling and polished concrete. Needing one wall divided for a lunch room, wainscoting, four mirrors and four drawers hung up. Black panels glued to walls. Already have a plumber, electrician and painter for sinks, lights and power points that are QBCC license holders. Have all dimensions, design ideas and fitout guide paperwork. Approximate hand over date to start fitout the 31sr August 2026 needed completed within a 4 week period.

Install stainless steel wire terminals and cables. Tension all wires evenly. Ensure the installation is straight, secure and professionally finished. Clean up and remove all waste upon completion. Project details: Approximately 7 railing sections 8 horizontal wires per section (56 wire runs total) Total railing length approximately 12 metres Existing timber posts and handrails remain Stainless steel wire system only (no glass) Requirements: Experience installing stainless steel wire balustrades.
