I've recently had a glass sliding door in my outside room installed by a builder that is now leaking. The outside of the structure is made of steel insulation panels. The original opening for the door was cut too high and as a result the builder has tried to hide the mistake by placing a timber trim over it. The entry to the structure requires a redesign to ensure the threshold has a 100mm step down to the finished ground level to meet the minimum NCC requirements. The door will have to come out and be assessed, prior to being re-installed with head flashings, custom jamb and sill flashings. The door may also require new timber trims, both inside and out due to water damage. The exterior trims are then silicones to ensure a watertight finish. I will pay cash upon completion and the final offer price is to include labour and materials.

We need someone that can replace a rotting piece of board from a timber deck and repaint it. All materials will need to be supplied by the person doing the job. We don't have the exact measurement of the board that needs replacing but it's approximately 100cm x 15cm.
