The base of my window frame has some dry rot in it. I think that I have removed the rot back to reasonable timber. I want the holes repaired and ready for me to prime and paint. I believe the cause of the rot has been fixed There are 2 holes, one about 7cm square and the other at the longest part is about 20cm and the widest part around 6cm

I’m looking for an experienced carpenter/handyman to complete several timber-related jobs at my house. 1. Built-in cupboard – 4 fixed shelves Supply and install 4 fixed shelves, approximately 900 mm wide × 400 mm deep. White finish to match the other existing cupboard (see photo). Shelves need to be securely fixed and professionally finished. Please measure on site before cutting. 2. Balcony timber deck – approximately 6 m × 1.7 m The existing painted timber deck is approximately 10 m². I would like the deck inspected and restored: Identify any boards that are rotten, damaged or need replacement. Replace damaged boards where necessary. Prepare the existing deck appropriately for repainting — full sanding may or may not be required, depending on the condition. Repair any minor defects where appropriate. Repaint the entire deck with suitable exterior decking paint, including preparation and 2 coats where required for a good finish. Please advise what you recommend after inspecting the deck. 3. Timber decay outside entry door There is a small area of wood decay/rot in the ceiling/skirting timber immediately outside the entry door. Remove the affected rotten timber. Replace with suitable timber. Prepare, prime if required and paint to match the existing white finish. I’m looking for an experienced carpenter to potentially repair two sets of external timber stairs at my home. Several of the existing timber stair treads have deteriorated/rotted and need replacing. Photos attached show the current condition. Scope of work: Inspect both staircases and identify any rotten or structurally unsound timber Remove and replace damaged stair treads Check the stringers/supporting structure and advise if any sections also require replacement Supply and install suitable exterior-grade timber for the replacement treads Match the existing tread dimensions/layout as closely as practical Leave the stairs safe, solid and ready for painting Remove/dispose of the old timber and leave the area tidy There appear to be approximately 20 treads across the two staircases. I need doors installed where there is currently a large opening. This requires carpentry skills as it needs the surrounding wall and fixtures, no existing structure. The current space is 1960mm wide. As you can see from photos it’s also taller than standard. I’d prefer double doors eg French doors with a window to allow light, where one side can be fixed when not in use with a bolt in the ground. I have two ambitious cats who need to be kept out of the garage so a barn style door won’t work and the wall needs to reach the ceiling. Please advise if quotes include all materials including doors.
