I need doors installed where there is currently a large opening. This requires carpentry skills as it needs the surrounding wall and fixtures, no existing structure. The current space is 1960mm wide. As you can see from photos it’s also taller than standard. I’d prefer double doors eg French doors with a window to allow light, where one side can be fixed when not in use with a bolt in the ground. I have two ambitious cats who need to be kept out of the garage so a barn style door won’t work and the wall needs to reach the ceiling. Please advise if quotes include all materials including doors.

The space is 2500 long x 2200 high with a few little challenges. Predominately I would like from left to right - a blank cabinet to cover a concrete wall not wide, then a basin and cabinet (taps will need moving) then the washer, dryer, and broom cabinet. with probably two cabinets above the sink (depending on size) a rack for hand towel and a little tiling. Need a timber laminate end bench for my kitchen island with waterfall end

In the kitchen, we'd like the red panel removed. We see a gap around it so it doesn't seem to structurally hold up the benchtop. The white panel appears to continue behind the red panel. Hopefully it is flat all the way across but if there is any damage/holes we may need holes filled and a new panel installed. In the laundry, we'd like to remove this lower cabinet. It shares a kickboard with the adjacent linen cupboard but ideally the kickboard could be cut and reinstalled. We're guessing there is just bare concrete under the cabinet and bare gyprock behind, but removing the lower cabinet would at least give us space for a dryer while we plan for a future full laundry reno. Please dispose of panel/cabinet as well.

Carpenter wanted! I would like to discuss and quote the replacement of out currently carpeted timber stairs and risers with new, less squeaky, solid timber stairs treads that will match new timber floors we are planning to install. Intent is to complete the job the week after Easter but I need quotes completed this week to give me enough time to source the materials.
