Looks like the pipe has cracked underneath or is leaking out the flange. Have tried tightening it looks like it’s getting worse so I just need to replace that pipe in between. Have a ladder ready for roof access it’s at the front of the house. .

New table in kitchen needs shortening by 4” with new edges sealed and finished and two new bolts put in the underside to secure table legs. Manufacturer located the original bolts in the wrong place

We have workstations in a small office in Carine. We have just moved in and brought the workstation parts with us.
