I am looking to modifty my kitchen cabinetary to make room for a dishwasher drawer. The dishwasher will have the following dimensions H:410mm W:599mm D:573mm As you can see from the photos I also have a washing machine in the kitchen so the obvious cavity is not available. i have shaded the area I am suggesting to add the dishwasher however I am open to feedback if another spot is more ideal. The scope is to alter one cabinet carcass to create the dishwasher opening while maintaining proper structural support and a neat, factory-style finish. I have photos and can provide measurements.

I am looking for a qualified Carpenter and/or Plasterer to repair damage in a downstairs rumpus room caused by a previous leak. The leak has been addressed and rotten wood removed, but I now need the following remediation work: • Carpentry: replace/reinforce timber framing in the corner where wood rot has occurred. This includes the area around the window lintel/header and the ceiling joist corner. • Window/Door Frame: Repair or replace the timber reveals/frames that were removed during the investigation. • Plastering: Replace the missing section of the ceiling (plasterboard), install new cornice to match existing, and patch/set the wall areas. • Finishing: Sanding and repainting. • I am currently seeking to understand the scope and cost of the work. I have a partly installed kitchen and need some help rearranging a couple of the cabinets and levelling the bases. This isn’t a full kitchen installation job, just need up to 4 hours to arrange these so I can get counter tops measured up. Must be done this weekend or possibly tomorrow Friday.
