All cabinetry has already been custom manufactured and imported. We require installation only. Shop drawings and installation details are available. The home is steel frame construction, so experience installing cabinetry in steel frame homes is preferred. The project includes installation of: • Murphy bed • Walk-in robe cabinetry • Laundry cabinetry • Coffee bar • Mudroom with bench, storage and bag hooks • We are looking for someone who has experience installing high-quality custom joinery and takes pride in achieving excellent alignment, level finishes and attention to detail. I require Carpenter who is experienced in building archways. I need a stud frame archway built between two 90mm stud walls. I'd prefer this done with 70mm timber studs and 10 ply on each side. The width is 1800mm. Raidius approx 1750 I have attached an AI image showing what I would like the finished product to be. I have also attached images of the actual stud frame as it looks now The finished product must be presheeted and ready for plaster Quotes should including all materials and fixings.

Wooden back stairs needs repairs. There’s some broken and rotting timber that needs replacing.

The wooden staircase has 4-5 rotting and damaged steps and a beam and railings needs replacing.

I have a solid piece of reclaimed blackbutt timber that needs to be very securely fixed into a brick wall above my fireplace as a mantelpiece. You’ll need to have the fixing, nails brackets as I only have the wood and don’t know what fixings are required. The piece of wood weighs approximately 8-10kg. The wall you’d fix it into is brick. I also need someone to assemble a mobile whiteboard I bought from Ikea as well.

Want to replace an under-bench laundry hamper cabinet with a clothes dryer. Note that it is currently supporting the stone top bench, would need some supporting insert refashioned from cabinetry.

We have a deck rail made of wood. We are about to get roller shutters installed and the deck rail needs to be shorter to fit the roller shutters. The company installing them said we would need to arrange this. You would need to use your own tools. The rail is approximately 35 mm thick. The piece to remove would be approximately 140 × 140 × 35 mm. There will be 2 pieces to cut off, one at each end of the rail. I have attached 3 photos, but there are only 2 bits to cut. We need to get this done before the roller shutters are installed. I don't have a date yet, but it will be in the next few weeks. Probably the sooner, the better.
