Replace 12 tread staircase at rear of house, all materials will be pre ordered and supplied for the job. Would prefer an hourly rate as we need ongoing work after the stairs are complete.

A storage space under kitchen bench needs doors on it. See pictures for example of what we want doors to look like. Painting ( including colour matching required). The job requires making the doors, and painting them ( colour matching) so it looks like the rest of the kitchen bench storage/ cabinetry. Need to install a GL17 beam across a 4.3m span to remove exposed supporting studs. The job would require propping up the 3 exposed beams and then installing the GL17 beam (same height / specs as existing beams (~29cm). You would need to purchase and transport the beam to site. Clean a bbq on deck. It is 4 burner plus a wok burner on side. Plates are pretty clean but a bit of build up underneath. It is connected to town gas so has to stay on deck for cleaning. I’d like stainless cleaned as much as poss.

Woodrot has compromised two deck support posts holding up part of timber staircase leading up to front deck. The rot has hollowed out the posts where they meet the joists causing part of the deck to sag. Need both posts replaced asap as sagging has accelerated.
